The court relied on the reports before it within the framework of its discretion power of assessing evidences before it, and proved the environmental damage represented in the dust coming from the two quarries and the road used by the trucks which justifies filing one case for both quarries and the different sites of the quarries do not affect the case as long as it was proved that dust comes from both sites.
