The Conference: Recalling Article 15, paragraph 5 of the Bamako Convention on the Ban of the Import into Africa and the Control of Transboundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Wastes within Africa ; Bearing in mind Rule 63 of the Rules of procedures adopted by the Conference; Hereby: Approves the participation of specialized agencies, United Nations bodies and other Intergovernmental Organizations listed in the Annex hereto, in the First session of the Conference of the Parties
