This Regulation prescribes the amount of the State fee for the issue of approval for transboundary movement of waste or issue of consent for transboundary movement of waste, and the procedures for payment of the State fee. The amount of the State fee for the issue of approval for transboundary movement of waste or issue of consent for transboundary movement of waste shall be 142.29 euro. The State fee shall be paid into the State basic budget.
