This Regulation makes amendments in the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 by inserting the definition of pollen in Article 2(2) and amending Annexes I, II, IV to VIII and X to XIV in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. Annex I is amended by replacing the texts in the mentioned rows with Annex XIII, point 5 - cereal seed, Annex XIII, point 6 - vegetable seed, and Annex XIII, point 9 - oil and fibre plants seed. It amends: (a) Annex II by updating the list of Union quarantine pests and their respective codes assigned by EPPO; (b) Annex IV by updating the list of Union regulated non-quarantine pests (‘RNQPs’) and specific plants for planting with categories and thresholds; (c) Annex V by laying down specific measures in Parts C and K to prevent the presence of that pest on propagating material of ornamental plants, and fruit propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production; (d) Annex VII as regards special requirements to allow protective measures against newly identified and listed Union quarantine pests; (e) Annex VIII as regards special requirements concerning the movement within the Union territory of other types of wood originating in outbreak areas to move within the Union territory; (f) Annex X by updating the list of plants, plant products and other objects, the respective protected zones and the corresponding special requirements for protected zones; (g) Annex XIII as regards special requirements for a plant passport for the commodities of wood originating from outbreak areas to move within the Union territory.
