This Decision regulates the process of declaration of natural ecosystems, of managed natural reserves and /or natural parks (belonging to the protected category iv). This text further determines related procedures for the approval of the status change as regards the existing surfaces that are declared as protected environmental areas (if belonging to above mentioned categories).
