This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree which implements certain provisions of the Wastes Act. In particular the present Decree establishes details on: the application for operation of municipal waste transfer station (supplemented art. 26a); the application for excavation soil storage (supplemented art. 26b); the application for the operation and termination of temporary storage facility for waste mercury and permanent storage facility for waste mercury (replaced art. 37 and 38); the notification on transboundary shipment of waste (supplemented art. 41a).
