This Decree determines the concessions given for the use of water for exploitation of alluvial deposits from Sava, Sava Dolinka, Soča, Tolminka and Bača. he concessionaire ensures the implementation of monitoring, which includes the monitoring of control profiles and the control of facilities and equipment for the removal of debris, as well as the monitoring of invasive and non-native plant species in accordance with the requirements given in the Annex of this text. When implementing the concession, the concessionaire must fulfill the following conditions of the protection regime: 1. debris removal is carried out in such a way as to reduce the influence of water tempering as much as possible; 2. sludge must not be deposited in the coastal and coastal zone; 3. it is prohibited to dump building materials in the concession area; 4. tampering with banks and the coastal zone is prohibited; 5. it is forbidden to disturb or disturb the fish in the fish spawning grounds during spawning; 6. debris removal is carried out in cooperation with the competent fishing company.
