This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of six articles and five Annexes, lays down details of the transfer of forest reproductive material (art. 1), details on the restoration of forest stands and on the afforestation of land declared as performking forest functions (art. 2) and on records of the origin of reproductive material (art. 3).
