This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the method and scope of the design of the floodplan by the watercourse administrator, and the method and scope of the approval of this floodplan and its documentation by the water authority. Flooding documentation is processed and stored in electronic form and in paper form in accordance with Annex 2 to this Decree.
