This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 17 articles and seven Annexes, lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, details of the recognition of propagating material of fruit genera and species and its marketing. Furthermore the present Decree regulates: categories of propagating material of fruit genera and species (art. 3); conditions for soil and substrate properties (art. 5); procedures for the evaluation of propagating material (art. 7); method of keeping records in the production of propagating material (art. 8); placing of propagating material on the market under special conditions (art. 10); import of propagating material (art. 12).
