This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Health, which is composed of 15 articles and six Annexes, establishes, pursuant to European Community legislation: Waste Catalog, the procedure for waste classification according to the Waste Catalog, methods and procedure for assessing the hazardous properties of waste, details of waste sampling, the method of performing laboratory tests, ecotoxicological and microbiological tests of waste. The Waste Catalog is spoecified in Annex 1.
