These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 102 of the Environment Act 2024, amend the Environment (Control of Single Use of Plastic Products) Regulations 2020. Amendments concern: deleting and replacing definition of plastic; adding the sixth Schedule concerning polymers and types of plastic.
