This Act makes minor changes in the definitions of environmental permit, environmental impact, natural environment and project. This Act inserts sections on amending and withdrawing an application for an environmental permit by the project proponent, granting of an environmental permit, and expiry of an environmental permit, after section 14. At the end of section 22, Division 4 - Environmental permits is added which includes sections on application to amend environmental permit, transfer of environmental permit, and Director's power to amend or cancel environmental permit.
