This Law amends certain provision part of the Law on aquaculture (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 130/2017).
Changes are listed here: Article 8, paragraph 3 is amended to read as follows: Advisory activities in the field of aquaculture, other than the Ministry, may be carried out by natural or legal persons who are registered for carrying out such activities in accordance with special regulations; Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the same article are deleted; In Article 21, paragraph 4: The basic professional training for carrying out aquaculture activities under the programme of professional training shall be carried out by the Ministry for which the certificate is issued; in paragraph 5, the words: "Advisory Service" shall be replaced by the word: "the Ministry"; paragraph 6 of the same article is also deleted.
