This Notification sets out the amounts of administrative fines for the violation of Paragraph (k) of Article 20(1) of the Environment Law No. 2872 covering the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. These administrative fines shall be imposed on those who violate the provisions regarding the protection of the environment, biodiversity conservation, ecosystem preservation, protection of natural resources, and the protection of endangered species and rare plant and animal species.
