This Order determines the method for implementation of international standard for phytosanitary certificate guidelines no. 12-given in Annex of this text. This standard describes the principles and guidelines for the preparation and issuance of a phytosanitary certificate and a phytosanitary certificate for re-export. These prescribed standards are aimed to define the principles and guidelines meant to assist the National Plant Protection Organization in preparing and issuing a phytosanitary certificate and a phytosanitary certificate for re-export.
