This Regulation amends Article 6 regarding the toxicological and ecotoxicological tests and other tests presented in the application dossier of active substances and biocidal products to be carried out with national and/or international standard test methods or with test methods created by their modification or with appropriately established in-house test methods, Article 19 regarding sampling during the evaluation of application, Article 36 regarding labelling of biocidal product to ensure the traceability of the license and approved label given by the Ministry, Article 49 regarding inspection on new licences or renewed licences, and Article 59/A regarding authorization and certification of laboratories deemed appropriate by the Ministry to conduct biological activity analyzes of pest control products within the scope of this Regulation.
