This Regulation amends Annex-1, Annex-2, Annex-3A, Annex-3B and Annex-3C of the principal Regulation, regarding the industries with polluting effects on the environment in the energy, mining, construction, chemicals, forest products, food, agriculture, animal husbandry, waste management sectors; and required information and documents for obtaining environmental permit and license, such as emissions measurement report and environmental noise report.
