This Regulation determines the purchase price of the top game trophy, the amount of compensation for damage done to the game, and sets out the damage compensation criteria aimed for hunting and hunting facilities. The right to obtain such compensation shall be exercised on the basis of evidence of the use of hunting rights and of an approved hunting management plan permitting the exclusion of the game on which the damage occurred.
