This Regulation determines the organization of the national game warden service and related duties, and it further sets all necessary administrative and functional issues (such as form of identity card and the appearance of their badges).
The hunting guard service must be organized in accordance with and closely depending on the size, configuration and season of specific hunting ground, and also in general accordance with adopted hunting management plan.
