This Regulation determines the implementation of the granting of de minimis state aid in fisheries and aquaculture in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 717/2014 of 27 June 2014 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. The subject of the aid is the granting of de minimis state aid in aquaculture for the renewal of the validity of the certificate of conformity for the use of the mark of origin for: a) "Maloston oyster (ZOI)" from article 2, paragraph 1, item e) of this text; and b) "Novigrad mussel (ZOI)" referred to in article 2, paragraph 1, item h) of this text.
