This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, establishes the method of marking sows with earrings with an individual identification number of the sows, including the design, requirements and technical conditions of these earrings. The earring is placed on the auricle in a way that allows easy reading of the identification number. The requirements and technical conditions to be met by the earring are specified in Annex 1. The design of the earring is specified in Annex 2.
