This Regulation, made on the basis of article 59 subsection 3 point 1 of the Nature Conservation Act, establishes the scientific research unit of the Minister of the Environment, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation of the EU Council no. 338/97 on the protection of wild animal and plant species by regulating their trade.
