This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten paragraphs, lays down: (1) detailed requirements for the questionnaire used to enter data into the information system of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture where the register of livestock is kept; (2) detailed conditions and method of passing data to the information system of the Agency. In particular, the questionnaire must allow to make declaration of the location of herd, slaughterhouse, location of the processing enterprise or incinerator, increase or decrease of the herd size, identification of livestock, and notification on slaughter or death of livestock.
