This Regulation specifies more detailed conditions and procedures for the recognition of producer organizations and associations of producer organizations for the implementation of articles 152, 153, 154 and 156 of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007. For the implementation of article 152 of Regulation 1308/2013/EU, the producer organization shall be recognized for one of the following sectors from the second paragraph of article 1 of the Regulation 1308/2013/EU: 1. cereals; 2. sugar; 3. flax and hemp; 4. beef and veal; 5. sheep and goat meat; 6. eggs; 7. poultry meat; 8. beekeeping products; 9. wine; 10. live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers and decorative foliage; 11. other products from Part XXIV of Annex I of Regulation 1308/2013/EU.
