This Act makes amendments on the the appropriate use and exploitation of Danish subsoil, in regard to the implementation of EU directives, exploration and production of geothermal energy, orders on third party access to facilities for extraction, treatment and transportation of oil and gas.
This Act makes amendments on the the appropriate use and exploitation of Danish subsoil, in regard to the implementation of EU directives, exploration and production of geothermal energy, orders on third party access to facilities for extraction, treatment and transportation of oil and gas.
The applications for permits received before entry into force of the Act shall be treated under previous rules, unless otherwise agreed with the applicant.
