This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on Environmental Impact Assessment. The present Act regulates the assessment procedure specified for any programme or project likely to seriously affect the environment. In particular the Act describes obligatory opinions issued by the competent autority on the environmental impact assessment of the project (supplementing art. 9a) and follow-up procedures (supplementing art. 9b, 9c, 9d).
