This Act lays down some amendments to Act on the supported sources of energy, concerning financial support to electricity and operational support to heat (art. 28 of the amended Act). The present Act amends also Act on energy management establishing requirements for a person authorized to perform the installation producing energy from renewable sources (art. 10d of the amended Act). Such person must have a a license for plumbing and heating systems, for installation, repair and reconstruction of refrigeration systems and heat pumps, and for installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipment.
