The present Act introduces some amendments to the Federal Nature Protection Act of 29 July 2009. In particular, the Act amends article 5 laying down provisions on fertilizers and pesticides implementing the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market of 21 October 2009. Article 44 dealing with unavoidable impairments through interventions in nature and landscape. Furthermore, an article 55a on Stocking of compensation measures.
