This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Feedstuffs Act. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning sampling and laboratory testing quality of feed additives and premixes (originally specified in art. 17 of the amended Act) and supplements administrative offences of legal persons and entrepreneurs (art. 19a).
