The present Ordinance grants an additional suckler cow premium according to article 125, paragraph 5, of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. Article 2 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 5 articles.
