The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance regulates public funding for all agricultural land use according to the guidelines of ecological efficiency and organic farming. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Promotions (II); Procedure (III); Legal remedy (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
