The Regulation prescribes special requirements for the performance of polluting activities in animal housing and monitoring thereof. Only the requirements of Sub-paragraph 4.4.1 of this Regulation applies to an animal housing in which less than 10 animal units are located or, if the animal housing is located in a highly vulnerable zones – less than five animal units.
