The present Directive amends Annex I to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. In particular, in heading (a) of Section II of Part A (which refers to insects, mites and nematodes, at all stages of their development) point 0.1 is deleted. This amendment aims at repealing measures against harmful organism Diabrotica virgifera virgifera Le Conte.
