These Regulations determine criteria for the period of validity of hazardous material permits as defined by the Hazardous Substances Law. They provide for determination of hazardous substances materials and activities involving hazardous substances into classes (A, B and C) and stipulate periods for each category of material. Activities include, among other things, soil disinfection, pest control and pesticide storage.
