This Decree of the Ministry of Environment amends Annexes to the Decree establishing limits of emitted pollutants of hazardous substances and establishes provisions relating to the situation when the limit of emitted pollutants is exceeded. The Decree specifies: limits of pollutants (Annex 1), functioning of central regulatory board (Annex 2), rules of preparing regional and local regulatory board (Annex 3), texts of publication of the signal of regulation and its withdrawal (Annex 4), informing the public in case of a signal of notification, regulation or warning (Annex 5).
