Part 1 of this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends the list of species of cultivated plants specified in Decree establishing the list of species of cultivated plants. Part 2 amends the techniques and methods of sampling of seed and planting material specified in Decree establishing the list of species of cultivated plants and other related Decrees. Part 3 contains some amendments to Decree on the designation of other varieties with an officially recognized description which are considered to be registered in the State variety book.
