These provisions amend the Decree on waste disposal as regards certain technical requirements for landfills and conditions of functioning and closing of landfills. In addition, the Decree establishes: technical requirements for storing wastes as technological material; contents of plans relating to landfills; technological requirements for storing waste from asbestos; technical requirements for devices used to collect and transport car wrecks; contents of wastes management plans to be prepared by operators whose activities generate waste.
