This Decree of the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Health, which is composed of ten articles and six Annexes, establishes: (i) the application form for authorization to assess hazardous properties of wastes; (ii) provisions on payment of fees for the authorization above-mentioned; (iii) provisions on training for assessment of hazardous properties of wastes; (iv) criteria and methods for assessing hazardous properties of wastes; and (v) the certificate form allowing to assess hazardous properties of wastes.
