This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 18 articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for certain products from cow's milk, sheep's milk and goat's milk. The present Decree regulates in particular requirements for: dairy products and their labelling (art. 3), goat's milk and its labelling (art. 4), cream and its labelling (art. 5), modified products and flavored products (art. 6), acid-based products and their labelling (art. 7), raw materials and other ingredients for the production of acid-based products (art. 8), natural cheese (art. 9), whey cheese (art. 10), cheese products (art. 11), processed cheese and processed cheese products (art. 12), labelling of cheese and cheese products (art. 13).
