This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, lays down requirements for the production, importation and marketing of cocoa and chocolate products. Names of products covered by this Decree (such as cocoa butter, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, milk chocolate), their definition and composition requirements are set out in Annex 1.
