This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of six articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, methodology of field and laboratory examining distinctness, uniformity, stability and utility of varieties of agricultural plant species, varieties of vegetable species and varieties of vine. The Decree is composed of the following articles: Introductory provisions (art. 1); Methodologies of examining varieties (art. 2); Methodologies of examining varieties of agricultural plant species (art. 3); Methodologies of examining varieties of vegetable species (art. 4); Methodology of examining varieties of vine (art. 5); Entry into force (art. 6).
