This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of ten articles and two Annexes, lays down provisions on sampling of fertilizers, subsidiary soil substances, subsidiary plant preparations, substrates and barnyard manures. Further it regulates their chemical analysis, biological examination and tests. Annex 1 specifies minimal amounts of partial samples, whereas Annex 2 defines procedures of laboratory tests.
