This Directive establishes the methods to be used in the official controls of feedingstuffs as regards their levels of hydrocyanic acid, calcium, carbonates, crude ash, ash insoluble in HCl chlorine from chlorides, mustard oil, lactose, potassium, sodium, sugars, theobromine and urea, and the determination of alkaloids in lupins and the estimation of the urease activity of products derived from soya.
