Declaration of certain species as exempt from the provisions of section 4 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act (Cap. 40).
Relevant to the felling of the following species of trees in the entire area shown on the map in the Schedule for the purposes of export: (i) Pometia pinnata (Akwa); (ii) Terminalia calamansanii (Ama yellow); (iii) Palaquim (Pencil Cedar); (iv) Eugenia Species (Ruva).
