The Regulations amend the principal regulations by inserting a new subregulation that provides that only the Constituency is allowed to enter, cut, fell, skid, haul, grade, bond, or load to freighters the kauri species from Vanikoro Island and any plantation across the country.
Relevant to export of certain kauri (pine) species.
