This Proclamation amends the Investment Proclamation No. 769/2012 with respect to investment administration bodies. These are the Ethiopian Investment Board, the Ethiopian Investment Commission and regional investment organs to be defined by the laws of the respective regions. The Ethiopian Investment Board and the Ethiopian Investment Commission are to be established by Regulation of the Council of Ministers. The Proclamation also concerns the establishment of industrial development zones and functions of the Investment Board.
