This Law changes and ads various provisions to the Law on plant protection products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 110/2007 and 20/2009).
Significant changes are related to the issues governing the inspection supervision performed by the State Inspectorate for Agriculture (agriculture and phytosanitary measures); necessary education issues; and legal misdemeanor and offences and penalty settlement provisions.
