This Law amends various provisions provided by the Law on water economies (Official Gazette 85/2003 95/2005, 103/2008 97/2010 and 01/2012).
Major changes are regarding the official terms and denominations; and employment, rights and duties, responsibility, evaluation, termination of employment, protection and decision-making rights and obligations of public servants (water sector employees).
