The Law amends several articles part of the Water Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 50/2006 and 92/2009 and 121/2012).
Major changes are related to the: wide range of flood risk management principles and provisions through the whole text (also flood hazard map and flood risk map); several new definitions and denominations; (article 52 of the original text, here see article 9) quality of water intended for human consumption is regulated by Law governing the food security and quality; and other amendments and consequential adjustments.
